Entegro Group announces European expansion with France-based KYNTUS Group

Irish-owned Entegro Group Holdings Ltd (www.entegro.com) has announced that KYNTUS Group, one of the French leaders in the telecommunications network infrastructure services sector, has acquired a majority stake in the growing firm.


Entegro Groups Holdings Limited employs over 300 people and its projected revenues in 2025 are expected to exceed €50m. It specialises in the telecommunications network infrastructure sector. Its highly skilled workforce is world-renowned for designing, deployment and consolidation of optical fibre networks.


The new partnership adds incremental resources and additional expertise from KYNTUS Group to the mix and augurs well for Entegro’s global expansion plans and diversification into the power and renewables sectors.


Entegro Group provides its services from offices in Kilkenny and Dubin and serves multiple clients in Ireland, the UK and the USA. The company, which has continually grown since its foundation in 2019, provides turnkey services for the design, installation and maintenance of fibre optical networks for building network capacity and enabling a digital society. Entegro has partner relationships with top-calibre clients, generating repeat business and a significant contracted project pipeline.


KYNTUS Group, head-quartered in Vélizy-Villacoublay, France, was set up in 2018 and has established itself as one of the leaders in its segment in the French market, whilst expanding as part of its international strategy launched in 2021. With this acquisition, the KYNTUS Group achieves a new milestone in its international development focused on diversification, capability and capacity-building into new and adjacent markets.
